What are the cattle fed?
Our classic American Hereford cattle are grass fed, grain finished. Grass is a native range or meadows. We also use complementary forages to keep cattle on good nutritional plan if native grass or hay is lacking. Supplemental plant based protein is used as needed. The cattle are fed free choice minerals they need. When the cattle go in the finishing phase, we hand feed a grain mix to work them up to to full grain feed. At that time, the have a self feeder. Throughout this time, the cattle have free choice to prairie hay as they would like.

Do you use growth hormones?
We do not use implants of any sort on any cattle as we feel implants have a negative affect on meat quality. No Beta Agonist or any other added growth hormones.

Can I customize a bundle
Yes! If you do not see a bundle that aligns with the cuts of meat you are wanting, we would love to help build a custom bundle. This can be built at any price point you would like
