How to Order

Once your order has been placed, we will contact you to coordinate delivery. Delivery dates are as follows:
Manhattan: Weekly
Kansas City, Topeka: Monthly
Other Areas: As scheduled/needed
Once the order is placed, we will review, reach out to confirm and clarify details. We will then create an invoice and schedule delivery. Payment can be made via Cash, Venmo (Payment Between Friends), or Apple Pay.
*We do have the option to accept card payments now. Please note a 3% processing fee will be added to your total

We offer the option to buy 1/4, 1/2, or a whole beef. The pricing is based on the hanging weight of the carcass, plus processing costs. Current hang weight price $4.30/lb. This route allows you to choose how your beef is processed. Contact us for more information!
