Once your order has been placed, we will contact you to coordinate delivery. We deliver to Manhattan and surrounding areas weekly on Wednesdays, and to the following areas monthly: Kansas City, Topeka, Salina, Wichita. An invoice will be sent to you with your order total. Payment can be made via Cash, Venmo, or Apple Pay.

Bulk Beef
We offer the option to buy 1/4, 1/2, or a whole beef. The pricing is based on the hanging weight of the carcass, plus processing costs. This route allows you to choose how your beef is processed. Contact us for more information!
